By using GoodsPic AI, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Read the Subscription Terms before buying a subscription or points.

一、服务 / Service

店图AI提供电商图片生成、编辑、翻译、批量任务、任务记录、会员和积分等功能，实际功能以 App 内展示为准。GoodsPic AI provides e-commerce image generation, editing, translation, batch jobs, task history, memberships, and points. Available features are those displayed in the app.

二、账号 / Accounts

• 通过 App Store 获取本应用时，可使用 App 提供的设备账户方式，无需 Google 登录；设备账户的连续可用性可能受到设备更换、系统重置或本地数据清除影响。
• 通过 Google Play 获取本应用时，必须先通过 Google 登录才能使用核心生成或购买功能；登录前不会创建临时账户。
• 您应妥善保护设备和 Google/Apple 账户，不得共享、出售、出租账户或购买权益。未成年人应取得监护人同意。
• When this app is obtained through the App Store, you can use the device-account method provided by the app without Google sign-in. Continued access to a device account may be affected by device replacement, system reset, or clearing local data.
• When this app is obtained through Google Play, verified Google sign-in is required for core generation and purchases. No temporary account is created before sign-in.
• Protect your device and Google/Apple account. Do not share, sell, rent, or resell accounts or entitlements. Minors require guardian consent.

三、您的内容与行为 / Your content and conduct

• 您应拥有上传图片、提示词和参考资料的合法权利，并对生成、发布和商业使用负责。
• 不得处理违法、侵权、欺诈、色情、暴力、仇恨、危险或侵犯隐私、肖像、名誉及知识产权的内容；不得攻击、逆向、绕过安全或计费、刷取积分或滥用自动化请求。
• 为完成请求，您授予我们在必要范围内传输、存储和处理输入与输出的许可。您原有内容的权利不因此转移。
• You must have lawful rights to submitted images, prompts, and references and are responsible for generation, publication, and commercial use.
• Do not process illegal, infringing, fraudulent, sexual, violent, hateful, dangerous, or privacy-, publicity-, reputation-, or IP-violating content. Do not attack, reverse engineer, bypass security or billing, farm points, or abuse automated requests.
• You permit us to transmit, store, and process inputs and outputs as necessary to fulfill requests. Ownership of your original content is not transferred.

四、AI 结果 / AI output

AI 结果可能不准确、不完整或不符合特定市场、广告平台及知识产权要求。发布、交易或投放前，您必须核实商品事实、文字、商标、肖像和适用规则。AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a market, ad platform, or intellectual-property requirement. Before publishing, selling, or advertising, you must verify product facts, text, trademarks, likenesses, and applicable rules.

五、购买、会员与积分 / Purchases, memberships, and points

• iOS 数字内容通过 Apple 应用内购买处理；Google Play 版本数字内容仅通过 Google Play Billing 处理。价格、币种、税费、周期和最终扣款以商店确认页为准。
• 订阅会按商店规则自动续订，除非您在商店账户中取消。一次性积分不是订阅，不自动续订；积分按 App 内展示规则消耗。
• 恢复购买、退款、撤销、暂停或订阅状态以相应商店和服务端核验结果为准。删除账户不会自动取消商店订阅。
• iOS digital content is processed through Apple in-app purchase; digital content in the Google Play version is processed only through Google Play Billing. Store confirmation controls final price, currency, tax, term, and charge.
• Subscriptions renew under store rules unless canceled in the store account. One-time points are not subscriptions and do not renew. Points are consumed under the rules shown in the app.
• Restoration, refunds, revocation, pause, and subscription status follow the applicable store and server verification. Account deletion does not automatically cancel a store subscription.

六、暂停与终止 / Suspension and termination

如存在违法、侵权、欺诈、支付撤销、系统攻击或严重滥用，我们可在合理范围内限制或暂停服务并调整错误发放的权益。您可停止使用服务；App Store 用户可通过 App 内客服申请删除与设备账户关联的数据，Google Play 用户可从 App 设置或公开删除页面删除账号。We may reasonably restrict or suspend service and correct erroneously granted entitlements in cases of illegality, infringement, fraud, payment revocation, attacks, or serious abuse. You may stop using the service. App Store users may request deletion of data associated with their device account through in-app support. Google Play users may delete their account in app settings or through the public deletion page.

七、知识产权与服务变化 / Intellectual property and changes

本应用的软件、界面、标识、文案及技术成果受法律保护。我们可能因维护、安全、法律或第三方能力变化调整服务，并会对重大变化作合理提示。The app’s software, interface, marks, text, and technology are legally protected. We may adjust the service for maintenance, security, legal, or third-party changes and will provide reasonable notice of material changes.

八、免责声明与责任限制 / Disclaimers and limitation

在法律允许范围内，服务按现状和可用状态提供。我们不保证 AI 结果适用于特定用途，也不对由用户内容、第三方平台规则、网络、设备、应用商店、不可抗力或违规使用引起且依法可排除的损失承担责任；法律不得排除的责任不受本条限制。To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and as available. We do not warrant AI output for a particular purpose and are not liable for legally excludable losses caused by user content, third-party platform rules, networks, devices, app stores, force majeure, or misuse. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.

九、更新与联系 / Updates and contact

本协议更新后会公布新日期。有关协议或服务的问题，请使用 App 内“我的 → 联系客服”，无需通过本页面提供个人联系方式。We will post a new date when these Terms are updated. For terms or service questions, use “Profile → Contact Support” inside the app; no personal contact details are provided on this page.
