确认购买即表示您同意本条款。App 内购买确认页显示的本地价格、币种、税费、试用或优惠、周期和续订日期具有优先效力。
By confirming a purchase, you agree to these terms. The in-app store confirmation controls the local price, currency, tax, trial or offer, billing period, and renewal date.

一、产品与权益 / Products and benefits

• 高级会员可能按周、月、季度或 App 显示的其他周期提供，包含的积分和权益以购买页为准，仅在有效期内使用。
• 一次性积分包属于消耗型数字商品，不会自动续订，也不自动授予会员资格。
• Membership may be offered weekly, monthly, quarterly, or for another period shown in the app. Included points and benefits are those shown at purchase and apply only during the valid term.
• One-time point packs are consumable digital products. They do not auto-renew or automatically grant membership.

二、商店结算 / Store billing

• iOS 版本的订阅和积分购买由 Apple 应用内购买处理，并向购买时使用的 Apple 账户结算。
• Google Play 版本的订阅和积分购买仅由 Google Play Billing 处理，并向购买时使用的 Google 账户结算；本应用不为这些数字权益提供其他付款方式。
• 确认购买后，由对应商店扣款。税费、汇率、价格调整、付款失败和退款受对应商店条款约束。
• Subscriptions and point purchases in the iOS version are processed through Apple in-app purchase and charged to the Apple account used for the purchase.
• Subscriptions and point purchases in the Google Play version are processed only through Google Play Billing and charged to the Google account used for the purchase. No alternative payment method is offered for these digital benefits.
• The applicable store charges your account after confirmation. Taxes, exchange rates, price changes, failed payments, and refunds are governed by that store.

三、自动续订 / Auto-renewal

• 订阅会自动续订，除非您在相应商店规定的截止时间前取消。Apple 用户在 Apple ID 的“订阅”中管理；Google Play 用户在 Google Play 的“付款和订阅 → 订阅”中管理。
• 商店可在续订前显示或通知价格变化。取消后通常可使用至已支付周期结束；暂停、宽限期、保留期和恢复以商店状态为准。
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled by the applicable store deadline. Apple users manage them under Apple ID Subscriptions. Google Play users manage them under Google Play “Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.”
• The store may display or notify price changes before renewal. After cancellation, access normally continues through the paid period. Pauses, grace periods, account holds, and recovery follow store status.

四、积分发放与核验 / Point delivery and verification

• iOS 权益在 Apple 购买结果成功确认后发放；Google Play 权益在服务端成功核验购买令牌后发放。相同交易或购买令牌不会重复发放；待处理的 Google Play 订单仅在 Google 确认已购买后发放。
• 退款、撤销或欺诈交易可导致相应未使用权益被撤回、订阅状态调整或账户受限。网络延迟时可使用“恢复购买”重新同步。
• iOS benefits are granted after the Apple purchase result is successfully confirmed. Google Play benefits are granted after server verification of the purchase token. The same transaction or purchase token is not granted twice. Pending Google Play orders are granted only after Google reports them as purchased.
• Refunded, revoked, or fraudulent transactions may result in removal of unused related benefits, subscription adjustment, or account restriction. Use “Restore Purchases” to resynchronize after network delays.

五、取消、退款与删除账号 / Cancellation, refunds, and deletion

• iOS 用户须在 Apple ID 的“订阅”中取消订阅，退款申请和资格由 Apple 按其政策处理。
• Google Play 用户须在 Google Play 的“付款和订阅”中取消订阅，退款申请和资格由 Google 按其政策处理。
• 删除 App 账号或卸载 App 不会取消商店订阅。删除账号前，请先在对应商店取消不再需要的订阅；删除后恢复历史权益可能受已删除账户关联限制。
• iOS users must cancel under Apple ID Subscriptions. Apple determines refund requests and eligibility under its policy.
• Google Play users must cancel under Google Play Payments & subscriptions. Google determines refund requests and eligibility under its policy.
• Deleting an app account or uninstalling the app does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel unwanted subscriptions in the store before deletion. Restoring historical benefits after deletion may be limited because the account link was removed.

六、限制、更新与联系 / Limits, updates, and contact

权益不得转让、出售或用于代购、共享、刷量、绕过支付或其他滥用。我们可在法律和商店规则允许范围内修正错误权益并更新本条款。购买或订阅问题请使用 App 内“我的 → 联系客服”。Benefits may not be transferred, sold, resold, shared, farmed, or obtained by bypassing billing or other abuse. We may correct erroneous entitlements and update these terms as allowed by law and store rules. For purchase or subscription questions, use “Profile → Contact Support” in the app.
