本政策说明店图AI如何处理您的信息。我们仅为提供功能、履行购买、保护服务及满足法律要求而处理必要信息，不出售个人信息。
This policy explains how GoodsPic AI handles your information. We process only information needed to provide features, fulfill purchases, secure the service, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information.

一、账号方式 / Account modes

• 通过 App Store 获取本应用时，可使用 App 提供的设备账户方式，无需 Google 登录。为维持服务状态、偏好和已获得的权益，我们可能使用应用设备标识。
• 通过 Google Play 获取本应用时，核心生成功能和购买功能要求先使用 Google 登录。登录前不会注册临时账户；Google 身份经服务端验证后，才会建立或读取您的账户。
• When this app is obtained through the App Store, you can use the device-account method provided by the app without Google sign-in. We may use an app device identifier to maintain service state, preferences, and obtained benefits.
• When this app is obtained through Google Play, Google sign-in is required before core generation or purchases. No temporary account is registered before sign-in. Your account is created or retrieved only after server-side verification of the Google identity.

二、我们处理的信息 / Information we process

• 账号与资料：App Store 版本可能使用应用设备标识维持设备账户；Google Play 版本会处理 Google 提供的稳定用户标识，以及在您授权范围内提供的姓名、头像和电子邮箱。我们不会获得您的 Google 或 Apple 密码。
• 用户内容：您主动上传的商品图、参考图、提示词、生成参数、任务记录、生成结果，以及您在 App 内客服中主动发送的文字、图片或语音。
• 交易与权益：应用商店、商品 ID、订单 ID、购买令牌、订阅状态、有效期、确认或消耗状态、退款状态及积分记录。我们不收集完整银行卡或应用商店支付凭据。
• 设备与运行信息：应用版本、系统和设备类型、语言、网络状态、必要的诊断日志、请求时间及安全事件。
• Account and profile: the App Store version may use an app device identifier to maintain its device account. The Google Play version processes a stable Google user identifier and, within the scope you authorize, name, avatar, and email. We do not receive your Google or Apple password.
• User content: product and reference images, prompts, generation settings, task records, generated results, and text, images, or voice messages you choose to send through in-app support.
• Transactions and entitlements: app store, product ID, order ID, purchase token, subscription status and expiry, acknowledgement or consumption status, refunds, and point history. We do not collect complete card or app-store payment credentials.
• Device and operations: app version, operating system and device type, language, network status, necessary diagnostic logs, request times, and security events.

三、使用目的 / Why we use information

• 提供图片生成、编辑、翻译、批量任务、记录、会员与积分功能；同步偏好和权益；核验、恢复、确认或消耗购买；处理退款；防止欺诈与滥用；排查故障；履行法律义务。
• To provide image generation, editing, translation, batch jobs, history, membership and points; synchronize preferences and entitlements; verify, restore, acknowledge or consume purchases; process refunds; prevent fraud and abuse; troubleshoot; and meet legal obligations.

四、权限 / Permissions

• 相机、相册或文件：仅在您操作时拍摄、选择、上传或保存图片。Android 尽量使用系统选择器，避免申请广泛存储权限。
• 网络：连接登录、云端生成、存储、支付核验和同步服务。通知（如启用）仅用于任务或服务状态提醒。
• Camera, photos, or files: to capture, select, upload, or save images when you request it. Android uses system pickers where possible instead of broad storage access.
• Network: to reach sign-in, cloud generation, storage, purchase verification, and synchronization services. Notifications, if enabled, are used only for task or service status.

五、服务提供方与跨境处理 / Providers and international processing

为完成您请求的服务，必要数据可能交由 Google Sign-In、Google Play Billing、Apple 应用内购买、云数据库与对象存储、AI 生成、内容安全及诊断服务处理。Google Play 身份和订单核验所需信息会经我们位于境外的安全服务器传输至 Google 官方接口；我们仅处理完成核验所需的数据，不作为支付处理方。

相关处理可能发生在您所在国家或地区以外，并受当地法律约束。我们会采用访问控制、加密传输、最小权限和日志审计等合理措施。除法律要求、保护用户或服务安全外，我们不会出售个人信息或允许服务提供方将数据用于其自身无关目的。

To complete your requests, necessary data may be processed by Google Sign-In, Google Play Billing, Apple in-app purchase, cloud database and object storage, AI generation, content safety, and diagnostics providers. Information needed to verify Google Play identities and orders is transmitted through our secure overseas server to official Google APIs. We process only the data needed for verification and are not a payment processor.

Processing may occur outside your country or region and be subject to local law. We use reasonable safeguards such as access control, encrypted transport, least privilege, and audit logs. We do not sell personal information or permit providers to use it for unrelated purposes, except where legally required or needed to protect users or the service.

六、保存与安全 / Retention and security

信息仅在实现上述目的所需期间保存。账户存续期间会保存必要的账户、权益和任务数据；删除账户后，相关数据将删除或匿名化，但依法需要保留的交易、防欺诈和财务记录可在必要期限内以匿名或受限形式保存。缓存、备份及已提交给处理服务的文件可能在其正常轮转周期内延迟清除。

客服消息仅在处理请求、安全审计或争议所需期限内保存，并在不再需要时删除或匿名化。Google Play 账户使用独立随机客服标识；删除账号会删除主账户与该标识的映射。

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Necessary account, entitlement, and task data is kept while the account exists. After account deletion, related data is deleted or anonymized, while transaction, anti-fraud, and financial records required by law may remain in anonymized or restricted form for the necessary period. Cached, backed-up, or already-submitted files may take additional time to disappear through normal rotation.

Support messages are retained only as needed to handle the request, maintain security, or resolve disputes and are deleted or anonymized when no longer needed. Google Play accounts use a separate random support identifier; account deletion removes the mapping between that identifier and the main account.

七、您的权利与删除账号 / Your rights and account deletion

• 您可在 App 内“我的 → 设置”查看或修改偏好。App Store 用户如需删除与设备账户关联的数据，可通过 App 内“联系客服”提出请求。
• Google Play 用户可在“我的 → 设置”选择“删除账号”，也可使用公开的账号删除网页提交删除请求。
• 删除会移除 Google 账号关联、任务及积分记录，并按上述规则删除或匿名化其他关联数据。删除账号不会自动取消 Google Play 或 App Store 订阅；请先在相应商店管理订阅。
• 如需访问、更正、删除或撤回授权，请使用 App 内“联系客服”。我们不在本政策中公开个人联系方式。
• You can view or change preferences in “Profile → Settings.” App Store users can request deletion of data associated with their device account through “Contact Support” inside the app.
• Google Play users can choose “Delete account” under “Profile → Settings” or use the public account-deletion webpage.
• Deletion removes the Google account link, tasks, and point records and deletes or anonymizes other linked data as described above. Deleting an account does not cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription; manage it in the applicable store first.
• For access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal requests, use “Contact Support” inside the app. No personal contact details are published in this policy.

八、未成年人 / Children

本应用不是面向儿童设计的服务。未达到所在地数字同意年龄的用户不应自行创建 Google 账户或使用本服务；需要使用时应由监护人依法同意并指导。

This service is not directed to children. Users below the age of digital consent in their region should not independently create a Google account or use the service and must have legally valid guardian consent and supervision.

九、更新与联系 / Updates and contact

功能、法律或服务提供方变化时，我们可能更新本政策并在本页面公布新日期。有关隐私或服务问题，请前往 App 内“我的 → 联系客服”。

We may update this policy when features, laws, or providers change and will post the new date here. For privacy or service questions, use “Profile → Contact Support” in the app.
